We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. 6. Canadian Age-Gate Data
Flip-Launch enforces a Canadian age-gate. Before entering the app, guests must confirm they are of legal age in their province or territory (18+ or 19+ depending on jurisdiction). This confirmation is stored locally in your browser’s localStorage and is not sent to our servers. No date of birth, government ID, or biometric data is collected for age verification.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Flip-Launch integrates with third-party payment providers (including PayPal and Stripe) to facilitate transactions. We do not store your full credit card numbers or banking credentials. Payment processing is handled by the respective provider, which is governed by its own privacy policy. We may receive transaction metadata (such as order ID and amount) to fulfil orders and provide support.
9. Analytics & Diagnostics
